TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– The Troy Police Department is investigating an alleged shooting incident after a man reportedly walked into Samaritan Hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.

Officials said the man walked into Samaritan Hospital Sunday afternoon reporting a gunshot wound to his leg. When reporting to the hospital, however, the man was unsure of when or how it happened.
According to the police department, detectives are responding to the hospital to investigate further but have not received any recent calls of shots fired in Troy.
