Aventura-based H&M Development intends to redevelop part of the Bonaventure Golf Club into senior living – pending approval from Weston’s City Commission.
On May 4th, the Commission will vote whether to rezone 13.4 acres of the 180-acre golf course from “irregular residential (five)” and “golf course” to “irregular residential (28.44)” and “multi-family.”
If the rezoning approval is granted, H&M Development would proceed with a two-phase development. The first would comprise 163 senior living units in five stories; here, residents would have access to resort-style amenities, such as a swimming pool.
