NORTH MIAMI, Fla. — A South Florida pastor was arrested on child rape and molestation charges on Tuesday and authorities say they think he may have victimized others.
Records show Elie Dorcius, 62, is the pastor of Unity Baptist Church at 13001 NW Seventh Ave. in North Miami. He also lives in North Miami.
