FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Allen County Coroner’s Office has released the cause of death for Anita Grayson, who died following a fight involving employees at the Fort Wayne Tim Hortons.
Grayson, 75, died after an altercation with a 20-year-old shift leader at the Tim Hortons on Ice Way on May 13.
