Businesses Continue to Bet on Fort Worth’s Clearfork

Nine years after its opening, The Shops at Clearfork has continued its hot momentum, turning its polished, open‑air blocks into a center for vibrant businesses that thrive on energy and foot traffic. With luxury anchors, chef‑driven dining, and a growing mix of market‑exclusive retailers, the Clearfork district has become one of Fort Worth’s most dynamic zones of commerce.

Tenants are now signing for The Offices at Clearfork, The Shops at Clearfork’s new three‑story, 70,000‑square‑foot building. This newest addition was announced last year as a part of The Shops at Clearfork.

Building a Mixed-Use Destination

The Shops at Clearfork, a Simon property, opened in 2017 as a polished, open-air commercial center. The development set the tone for high-end brands when iconic Texas retailer Neiman Marcus was announced as its anchor retailer. The mixed‑use district blends retail, dining, entertainment, public green space, residential, and office space. It all comes with direct connections to the Trinity Trails through walking and biking paths.

Nine years later, the progress there seems to be only midstride. According to the development’s website, Clearfork is a multi‑phase project that eventually will include two million square feet of office space, 1.2 million square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment, and 2,500 residential units. Plans call for additional multifamily and retail space, along with senior living spaces and a hotel.
