Update: Wildfire near San Luis Reservoir up to 650 acres, 30% contained

Cal Fire is trying to contain a wildfire that broke out near San Luis Reservoir on the border of Merced and Santa Clara counties on Wednesday morning.

The blaze, at Highway 152 and Dinosaur Point Road in Santa Nella, grew to about 650 acres at 1:12 p.m., according to the Cal Fire incident website. It is currently at 30% containment.
