A man was allegedly assaulted by his son during a confrontation Friday night in Fresno.
Officers responded around 10:20 p.m. to the 1000 block of W. Myers Avenue, where they found the victim. He told officers that his son had assaulted him.
According to police, the suspect arrived at the home and became confrontational over an unknown issue. When approached by his son, the father struck him with a stick. Police said the suspect then took the stick and struck his father seven times, causing visible injuries…
