FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man suspected of stealing a car in Fresno was tracked from the air and eventually caught by police.
30-year-old Jacob Ryan was arrested in the Tower District with the help of a K-9 and a helicopter, according to the Fresno Police Department.
