OCALA, FL (352today.com) – An 18-year-old Ocala man was arrested Thursday on a felony warrant alleging he used social media and electronic communications to solicit a minor for unlawful sexual activity.
Brian Joseph Dubois was taken into custody Thursday, June 11, 2026, by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit. He faces one count of use of a computer to seduce, solicit or lure a child.
The charge stems from a MCSO investigation that began in March after detectives received information about alleged communications between Dubois and a juvenile female. Investigators reviewed social media messages and conducted interviews as part of the investigation.
