Homeowner claims construction of Corewell Health building is still causing flooding problems

KENT COUNTY, Mich. — Over the past couple of weeks, Chuck Dykstra said that water was up to his ankles in his backyard in Grand Rapids Township. He lives next to the Corewell Health Care Center off of Three Mile Rd. and the East Beltline.

13 ON YOUR SIDE talked with Dykstra last year because he said he was having problems with flooding. He says the new addition to the Care Center two years ago has amplified the flooding issues.
