SUAMICO (WLUK) — It’s a busy time at some area greenhouses where flowers and other plants are in bloom, and gardeners are getting ready to grow.
“Memorial Day weekend, veggies are very popular, but right now flowers are very big. The weather we’ve had the last week has been great. A lot of people shopping. A lot of people buying flowers, vegetables getting their garden in. We have a lot of herbs, perennials, shrubs. People are excited now. I mean the weather was very cold to start, but we’ve been very busy,” said Grant Wery, Wery’s Blossom Creek Owner.
