GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The Hobart-Lawrence Police Department will decide whether video of Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs’ altercation with his then-girlfriend will be made public.
In a hearing Thursday, Brown County Judge Marc Hammer denied the victim’s request to seal the video permanently.
