TALLAHASSEE, FL (WLOS) — Attorneys for the family of a Greenville, South Carolina, father killed in a mass shooting at Florida State University last year plan to file a lawsuit Monday, May 11, 2026.
Tiru Chabba, 45, was a father of two and one of two people killed in the April 17, 2025, shooting. Six other people were injured.
