SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Pet Resource Center is marking a milestone as it begins welcoming potential adopters.
Starting Monday, the county’s new facility is opening its adoption lobby to the public for the first time. The center recently began taking in animals and already has more than a dozen pets available for adoption, according to Spartanburg County.
