It’s hard to ignore the momentum Clemson is building on the recruiting trail.
With the Tigers’ big official visit weekend less than a week away, that momentum is coming at an opportune time.
Clemson has already landed commitments from three highly-touted prospects over the last week, and that number figures to grow on Monday, with four-star offensive lineman Carter Jones set to reveal his college destination. Jones has basically been the guy at the top of Matt Luke’s board since the onset, and getting the 6-foot-6, 295-pounder in the fold would be one more feather in the offensive line coach’s cap after he signed one of the best group of linemen in the country last year.
