A 28-year-old Pennsylvania man killed in a fiery head-on crash on Route 39 has been identified, state police announced on Monday, Sept. 28.
Justin Patterson of Harrisburg was driving a Lexus sedan south in the 500 block of South Hershey Road, also known as Route 39, around 4:52 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
