HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – The City of Harrisburg, Governor Josh Shapiro, and local business leaders announced a new strategy and framework called “Harrisburg Works for All of Us” to revitalize downtown Harrisburg with $64 million in new investments.
The plan focuses on business retention, expanding business growth, increasing downtown living, and supporting a downtown workforce.

The plan came together after Governor Josh Shapiro brought together local, state, and business leaders together to discuss opportunities to revitalize downtown Harrisburg.
