YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A crash on I-83 northbound in York County is causing delays just after 7 a.m. Tuesday.
The crash reportedly involved two vehicles around mile marker 29, and a “wave effect” caused five additional vehicles to be impacted by the incident, dispatch stated.
