Courtroom justice may be indefinitely delayed for a Harrisburg man accused of using a woman to lure two men to their death in 2022 and 2023.
Dauphin County Judge Deborah Curcillo last week ruled Stafford Wedderburne, 33, incompetent to stand trial on accusations he murdered Jordan Allen in October 2022 and Milton Washington on New Years Day 2023.
