DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man was threatening to shoot everyone at a graduation ceremony and assaulting staff members Tuesday morning at a Dauphin County school, court documents filed by Pennsylvania State Police show.
State Police at Harrisburg said in charging documents that Terrence Twyman Jr., 19, of Harrisburg, had to be restrained before Troopers arrived at the Yellow Breeches Educational Center, located at 1524 Pine Tree Avenue in West Hanover Township.
According to Troopers, Twyman made vague threats about the ceremony at the end of the school year, and he was asked to leave. The charging Trooper said in the affidavit of probable cause that this made Twyman upset, and he reportedly tried punching, biting, and grabbing the staff.
Court docs: Dozens of dead animals found on York County property, others rescued
Staff told State Police that Twyman said, “I’m coming to the closing ceremony and shooting everyone.”
