MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A packaging manufacturing facility in Cumberland County will be shutting down this summer.
According to a WARN Notice filed with the PA Department of Labor & Industry, Quality Packaging Specialists International, LLC is going to be closing down their facility at 355 Independence Avenue in Mechanicsburg.
