Teen Charged with Creating, Distributing CSAM in Pennsylvania

A 15-year-old teenager from Mount Joy, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, faces serious charges after being accused of creating and distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The arrest occurred on Sunday (May 10) following a detailed investigation by the Mount Joy Borough Police Department. The teenager is accused of producing and sharing images exploiting a child, as well as possessing material involving other minors.

The police executed a search warrant that led to the arrest, revealing that the suspect also faced charges for the criminal use of a communication facility. According to the police, the teen attempted to interfere with the investigation by intimidating witnesses into providing false information. The suspect also allegedly had indecent contact with a 12-year-old and threatened violence against several victims, ranging from ages 13 to 32.
