CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A multi-car crash has backed up traffic heading toward Harrisburg from Cumberland County, and commuters are encouraged to plan accordingly.
The crash happened around 6:50 a.m. on Interstate 83 northbound around the Lemoyne exit, heading toward Harrisburg along the Capital Beltway.
