(KRON) — A 38-year-old woman who was killed in a Concord crash last week was identified by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office Monday.
Police said a Chevrolet Cruz and a Toyota Prius collided in the intersection of Willow Pass Road and Port Chicago Highway at 8:40 p.m. on August 12. The Chevrolet driver, identified as Olga Yesenia Islas Plascencia, died at the scene, officials said. The Toyota driver was injured and survived.
Concord Police Department officers are investigating what caused the deadly wreck.
