LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police released never-before-seen surveillance video from a shooting at a Las Vegas Athletic Club location in May 2025 as part of a Clark County fact-finding review Monday.
Longtime LVAC employee Edgar Quinonez, 31, was killed, and three others were hurt when Daniel Ortega opened fire inside the gym near Rainbow Boulevard and Vegas Drive on May 16, 2025.

Surveillance footage presented as part of Monday’s fact-finding review to Clark County commissioners showed Ortega walking into the gym with an Olympic Arms PCR-223 caliber rifle and multiple magazines.
