LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — After more than three decades of helping students at Green Valley High School, one longtime staff member is getting ready to say goodbye.
Phyllis Lackie has been part of the school’s story since the very beginning. Now, at 84 years young, she’s retiring after 36 years of dedication.

“I know when we first opened up the school, we had the Crips and Bloods, so that was fun,” Lackie said.
