LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person was hospitalized with critical injuries following an overnight fire at an east Las Vegas valley apartment complex.
According to the Clark County Fire Department, the fire started shortly after midnight on Monday, April 20, in the 4300 block of Twin View Circle near East Vegas Valley Drive and South Lamb Boulevard.

Initial reports were that an apartment in the complex was on fire, with one person injured. Firefighters responded to the scene four minutes after the fire was first reported and saw the apartment “heavily involved with fire” with flames extending to the attic.
Fire crews found a person outside of the apartment at the base of the stairs with thermal injuries and smoke inhalation, CCFD said.
Fire crews were able to knock down the fire within nine minutes of arriving and had it under control shortly before 12:30 a.m…
