Embattled Clark County judge agrees to resign, won’t seek judicial seat again

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — An embattled Clark County judge has agreed to resign from her seat and not seek judicial office again.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline filed the order Wednesday for Erika Ballou for immediate resignation and permanent bar from judicial office.
