Florida man arrested in Honolulu after alleged $1M scam

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A Florida man was arrested at Honolulu’s airport in connection with an alleged fraud case, authorities said.

Homeland Security and Honolulu police arrested 57-year-old Steven Minard on May 8 as he was attempting to board a flight to Houston, Texas.
