A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted two men on multiple charges related to a December robbery and shooting at an Aldine-area taco truck that ended with the death of the business’s owner.
Angel Saldivar-James, 24, and Oscar Armando Roland Menjevar, 20, are accused of conspiring to commit a robbery and using a firearm to commit robbery, causing the death of Yaddua Barraza-Hernandez. Saldivar-James is also accused of possessing a handgun while unlawfully in the United States.
