Man critical after being shot during fight with son at Houston gas station, HPD says

HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a shooting that left a man critically injured after an argument with a family member Friday night, according to authorities.

HPD northeast officers were called around 10 p.m. last night to the Pemex gas station at 747 Kress Street.

Investigators said a father and son got into a verbal dispute that turned physical, and the son pulled out a gun and fired, striking his father. The number of times the father was shot was not immediately known; he was taken to a hospital in critical condition…
