Morgan County residents will have an opportunity to celebrate local history and the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary during a free community event featuring family activities, historical experiences and interactive entertainment in downtown Decatur.
The Morgan County Commission, in partnership with several local organizations, will host the America 250 Community Celebration on Thursday, July 2, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Morgan County Courthouse grounds and the Alabama Center for the Arts.
