HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Hospital is letting its patients know about a data breach with one of its vendors that may put their health information at risk.
HH said that on August 12, 2025, it was informed by one of its electronic health records vendors, Cerner, that there had been a breach of their system, allowing an unauthorized third party to gain access in the records they maintained.
