HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville medical clinic has been added to a lawsuit alleging that accident victims were contacted within days of a crash and steered toward signing with specific law firms.
Huntsville Medical & Rehab on University Drive is now named in a lawsuit that originated against South Alabama Medical Rehab in Mobile. The owners of the Mobile clinic are also connected to locations in Huntsville, Homewood and Montgomery. The Mobile clinic was shut down last year following claims of deceptive business practices.
