Home sales continued to head upward in north Alabama when compared to last year, according to Huntsville Area Association of Realtors data.
Home prices are also trending that way, too.
“The Huntsville-area market continues to show strong buyer demand despite higher gas prices and interest rates increasing since the start of the war in Iran,” realtor Matt Curtis said. “Pending sales were up 11% year-over-year in April, which tells us buyers are still active and confident in the long-term strength of our market.”…
