INDIANAPOLIS (WNDU) – Indiana Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith is facing backlash over comments he made about the Islamic religion.
Several Muslim advocacy groups said Beckwith’s rhetoric is dangerous and could encourage hate and dehumanization.
The comments were made last Thursday on the Christian talk show “Flashpoint,” around the 43-minute mark in the video, where Beckwith said, “I hate Islam,” and called it “a demonic death cult,” while encouraging Hoosiers to “hate again.”…
