Auburn Ridge expansion moves forward

The Auburn Ridge subdivision expansion in Brownsburg is moving forward after the Advisory Plan Commission approved the project’s primary plat, clearing another major step for a residential development that has drawn months of public discussion over growth and infrastructure.

The commission’s June 22 approval includes conditions requiring sidewalk connectivity improvements requested by adjacent residents, as well as a waiver allowing the development to end in a cul-de-sac rather than extend a street connection into the neighboring Tilden Terrace subdivision.
