INDIANAPOLIS — A judge has approved changing venues for the upcoming felony official misconduct trial for Clinton County Sheriff Richard Kelly and his wife and now-ex jail matron, Ashley.
The trial will be held May 11 in Marion County before a special judge and special prosecutors.
