ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) – An Indiana State Police trooper charged with theft, obstruction of justice and fraud appeared in court Friday as his defense team sought to have the case dismissed.
Andrew Kocsis is accused of trying to scam two companies by claiming he never received about $1,500 in car parts, including $800 speakers. Investigators say he damaged and altered the items himself but still got a refund.
