INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is asking for help solving a number of homicides after the department reported no one has been held accountable for nearly 80% of this year’s killings.
IMPD’s homicide report includes both good news and bad news. The good news is that this year has seen the fewest number of homicides through the end of April in more than a decade.
