PEARL, MS — Pearl police say a Crime Stoppers tip helped officers arrest a Texas fugitive who had been wanted on a child-sex charge. The suspect, Alejandro Santos-Herrera, was taken into custody in Pearl, Mississippi, after investigators received information about his whereabouts.
