JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – After more than four decades serving customers in Jackson, the owners of Boots & More announced the business will close on August 15, 2026.
In a statement on social media, the business said the decision came “after much prayer and consideration,” adding that the owners are moving on to pursue what they describe as the next chapter of their lives.

The longtime retailer thanked their loyal customer base of 43 years for their support, calling the community’s loyalty a key part of their history and success.
Going-out-of-business sales are already underway in-store, with online sales expected to launch in the coming days. The store said all inventory must be cleared, including both merchandise and fixtures, as it prepares for closure.
