Fire marshal speaks out after limiting entry to Jackson data center hearing

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A Jackson fire marshal is providing more details about a recent decision to limit the number of people who could be in the Jackson City Council chambers during a recent public hearing on data centers.

On Monday, dozens of people turned out to comment on data centers. However, many people were forced to watch the council meeting outside the chambers, after a fire marshal limited access to those who could find a seat.
