JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Duval County judge sentenced the man responsible for a deadly shooting at the Valencia Way Apartments to 17 years in prison Tuesday.
Dwayne Martin, 32, was handed his sentence after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in the killing of 36-year-old Bernard Troutman Jr.
