KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Road Commission of Kalamazoo County says a road treatment on 29th Street that left some vehicles covered in tar and loose stone has been completed, and officials believe the issue has been resolved.
According to the road commission, crews were applying a new chip seal as part of a project to correct pavement installed last year with materials that were out of specification.
