MENDON, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Oriole softball team went 1-2 Saturday at the Mendon Hornet Round Robin Invitational. Quincy lost to the host school 17-3 in five innings and to Gobles 11-7. In their final game, they snapped a ten-game slide with a 17-7 win against White Pigeon in five innings.
Against Mendon, Quincy was kept off the scoreboard until the fifth and final frame. Josi Parker drove in two runs and Hannah Brown went 2-for-2 at the plate.
Against Gobles, Mackenzie Sattison was 2-for-3 with a double, Parker had an RBI double, and Riley Myers had two RBIs…
