BANGOR TWP, MI — Bangor Charter Township Supervisor Glenn Rowley has been elected 2026 treasurer of the Michigan Townships Association, a position that places him on the executive committee of the state’s largest municipal organization.
Rowley was elected by his township peers at the association’s 2026 Annual Educational Conference & Expo last month, according to a Michigan Townships Association press release. The Michigan Townships Association serves more than 99% of Michigan’s townships and provides strategic and operational guidance through its board of directors and executive committee.
Rowley, who has been supervisor since 2016, already serves on the association board as director of District 13, which encompasses Bay, Gladwin, and Midland counties. He has been president of the Bay County MTA chapter since 2022 and served as chapter vice president from 2018 to 2022…
