UPDATE, 7:30 a.m. | The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says KCKPD was originally called just after 10:30 p.m. to the home, where officers discovered a 32-year-old man on the roof armed with a knife.
Officers de-escalated the situation, and he put down the knife and came down from the roof. Officers cleared the scene around 12:45 a.m.
About 10 minutes later, a second 911 call reported the man was again in crisis and armed with a knife…
