KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An Overland Park, Kansas, man has been charged in connection with a deadly shooting in the parking garage at Bally’s Kansas City Casino last week.
Grant Lubin, 26, was charged in Jackson County on May 29 with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
