KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Jonathan Xavier Valdez, a 36-year-old Blue Springs Scouting America troop leader, is charged federally with producing child obscenity.
Investigators say Valdez altered clothed photos over at least 10 months to create nude, graphic depictions of at least five minors.
